Morecambe Outreach and a few verses

Well, this afternoon for 1 hour (and a bit!) 6 people gathered in the Arndale Centre to sing, and give out tracts. We sang for nearly an hour (so I'm now rather croaky! it didn't help that I've had a cough for the last 3 days- I kept having to pause for a drink!) about 200 tracts were given out, which I thought was quite a lot! It was good to see some people taking time to sit and read them, and it certainly made a few people think. (Of course, we had a few kids having a laugh at us, but we weren't bothered!) So, we had a good time!
 I read these the other day, and they jumped out at me:

"Yes, the Almighty will be your gold^[c]
And your precious silver;
²⁶ For then you will have your delight in the Almighty,
And lift up your face to God.
²⁷ You will make your prayer to Him,
He will hear you,
And you will pay your vows.
²⁸ You will also declare a thing,
And it will be established for you;
So light will shine on your ways." Job 22:25-28

and 

"And ye have an anointing from the Holy One, and have known all things." 

1 John 2:20.

How important it is that we realize that the Almighty is the One in whom we should delight.

It is also really good to know that the Holy Spirit will teach us when we are available for Him to do so.
