Excerpt from today's "My Utmost for His Highest" devotional

"You have no business trying to find out where God is leading— the only thing God will explain to you is Himself."

 This struck me as an interesting concept. Are we willing to surrender our desire to know what's going to happen next, and just trust our Father who works all things for the good of those who love Him?

Feeling, Faith and Fact

Three men were walking on a wall, Feeling, Faith, and Fact. When Feeling took an awful fall and Faith was taken back. So close was Faith to Feeling that he stumbled and fell too. But Fact remained and pulled up Faith, and Faith brought Feeling too. I saw this poem yesterday in Traveling towards Sunrise and thought, "That's one for the blog!" So, here it is!
